Our story
I am Bismark, and many years ago I tried to buy a house, but I was turned down by my bank.
Everyone I spoke with told me that due to my immigration status, credit, and income, it was possible for me to make the purchase; however, little did I know that they didn’t have the required knowledge and solutions for my problem.
This is why I decided to invest in myself, and, by the grace of God, I acquired the knowledge I needed to buy a home. Since then, I have been helping people with all kinds of issues and challenges to acquire properties.
My passion is to help the minorities own their own homes and achieve financial freedom through property investments.
I work with a great team of professionals, and we have clients from all walks of life (e.g., doctors, nurses, lawyers, barristers, accountant’s, bus drivers, carers, etc.)

In the last 3 years, we have grown our business through referrals from customers who have used our services. We are currently not on any social media platform; we don’t advertise anywhere and yet our turnover is over £100k – we believe it’s because we’ve chosen to make our customers’ needs our priority instead of money.
Bespoke property management services
We build property portfolios for new and existing landlords. We also work closely with our in-house regulated brokers in raising all kinds of property finance for new and existing clients.
We let and manage properties, and we also operate our own Air BnB services including managing our clients’ Air BnB portfolio.
